Super cozy, and always great service ❤️ most authentic croissant I've had in a long time ✨
The bakery & the baked goods were beautiful! I am however disappointed in my chocolate flourless tarte. I got it to go.. I’m not sure if I was supposed to refrigerate it (no one said to) but by time I went to eat, it was basically all melted. It was almost $9 so that kind of sucked.
An absolute MUST if you're visiting Philips Ave. Everything they make is utterly amazing. The prices are a bit high, but we're talking WORLD CHAMPION pastry chef here, not Walmart value packs. The macarons are about as perfect as you can get; lightly crisp on the outside, soft on the inside. The croissants are flaky and delicious, and the last time I went, I tried a lemon dessert that came with a little tube of lemon sauce to squeeze over the top. By itself, it was lightly lemony, and perfectly tart when the sauce was added. I know I'm gushing here, but I truly do love the confections CH Patisserie sells. HIGHLY recommend for any sweet tooth connoisseur.
Ladies in there were very nice and accommodating. Answered my questions. The salted caramel macarons were beautiful in texture and flavor. The Nutella macaron I had was good. The filling was still somewhat cold, which made it a little thicker and somewhat chewy, but it was still good overall. Clean presentation. Very nice.
Pre-ordered some macarons and they were all amazingly delectable. Saw many other treat options when getting my order that I would have loved to try had we not been about to leave for another state on our trip. We will be back next time we come to the area!
What a lovely French cafe! Crazy love the mushroom coffee and croissants! I'm looking forward to trying the macarons. Eclectic crowd of people ,which is also fun for people watching
Everything is delicious, and the staff are very helpful and friendly!
I hope latte art usually better
Stopped in because I was visiting my family in town. It was a really cute shop and the food was delicious. Unfortunately I witnessed a gentleman employee being incredibly rude to his coworkers. He was putting her down and berating her, publicly in front of customers, insinuating that she was incompetent. It really made me uncomfortable as it did not appear she was doing anything wrong, and it was completely uncalled for. If there was an issue he should've handled it behind closed doors with possibly a manager involved. Hopefully it gets resolved because it is a lovely place. Would hate for one bad apple to ruin it for the shop!
