Cetrella, directed by M'hamed Bahet, takes inspiration from the isle of Capri, a culinary crossroads for Coastal Europe, North Africa and the Middle East serving dishes featuring premium artisan products, produce, seafood, fowl and meats. Cetrella celebrated its 22nd anniversary serving Mediterranean-Rim, California Coastal cuisine with a move to be the anchor restaurant at State Street Market in Los Altos. Its culinary campus has a restaurant with bar and terrace, adjacent arcaded paseo, a downstairs speakeasy, and teaching kitchen. Cetrella's Executive Chef Vincenzo Vottero is from Bologna, capital of Emilia-Romagna, and in 2022 Conde Nast Traveler readers' voted it world's most delicious city, where he has previously pursued his career.
