Service very bad literally waited 10 mins until someone came out.

Very sweet older gentleman was serving us. Great guy amazing service and one of the only fro yo places left.

Always been a huge fan of the style of this store, it flows, its fun, and functional. Service is fantastic, friendly and very polite Toppings are plentiful, well stocked, and fresh.

If this wasn't the only place of its kind I would not go back based solely on the service. The gentlemen working there always seem put out by entering customers. They are usually sitting in the back of the store and take their time to come out. Sometimes so long that entering customers turn to those sitting in to ask if anyone is working. My next big issue is that even though this business advertises that you pay by the weight of your yogourt and toppings and can dress your bowl with whatever toppings you'd like I have been refused extra toppings on every single visit. I only eat the fresh fruit so use only that as topping. I am told I cannot have the quantity I WANT I can have two scoops only. When I see other people having four and five scoops of candy or other toppings and question why the response is I don't want to prepare more fruit. Very unimpressed...
