Food quality and portion size is good. Customer service is terrible. We asked for baghali polo they gave us basic rice instead without mentioning they ran out of baghali polo when I was ordering. When I asked them to change it to something else, since what they gave us was not what we ordered, one of the staff members got pretty angry at us, was very rude and acted like WE were the ones at fault. He did change the order eventually because he knew it was all their mistake but for whatever reason he decided give us attitude. The new order was cheaper than the old (wrong) one but they did not give us the change until we came back to ask for it and his rude behavior continued. The cashier who made this mistake seemed like a nice person and apologized, but the person who changed the order was rude. Will not order from this place again.

Perfect, especially the Bargskebab of shahriyar is yummy and delicious

The quality of rise and meat was awful. They know nothing about Iranian Kabab. Don't throw your money in the trash.

they are my go to resturant at food court but each time they manage to get my order wrong lol small things like i ask for no rice but i get a rice ( they didnt charge me for it) but food is great so i just check my order before picking up
