Absolutely the best food in roslyn. Most importantly the staff here is extremely attentive to everyone that comes in. They manage hundreds of people during lunch time and the food is always good and fresh

Disappointing Experience Despite Good Food I recently dined at Cava and, while the food was great as always, the experience was overshadowed by poor customer service. After finishing my meal, I headed to the restroom, and as I walked past the kitchen, an employee opened the door without looking, hitting my arm quite hard. To my surprise, instead of apologizing, the employee laughed about it. I asked to speak to the manager, hoping to resolve the situation, but she was dismissive and didn't seem to take the issue seriously. However, a Black female employee approached me afterward and apologized for what had happened, which I appreciated. Despite this, the overall handling of the incident left much to be desired. It's clear that while the food at Cava is good, the staff need better training on how to treat customers. This kind of behavior from both the employee and the manager was really disappointing. I expected more professionalism from a place I usually enjoy.

Everything was so inviting, the food was so flavorful and delicious. Jackie was the person who helped me and she just made my visit so much better, she treated as if i was in her home . I will be back soon . Definitely recommend 10/10

OMG !!! I love me some Cava , For the first time I went to this location I was a little lost trying to figure out the menu but The customer service was everything!! Especially from Ms.Reyna im pretty sure shes the manager but she did such a good job explaining the menu !! I will be back for sure

Best cava in the dmv. The grill guy Dino is amazing at the grill he needs to get a raise. He’s alway friendly and helpful

The food is always good here, the store is clean and comfortable. My only problem is no one is ever able to help when comes to redeeming the membership benefits. Can someone make sure the team knows what to do. Thanks.
