Located between Las Vegas and Kingman, Castle Rock is a brand new, family-owned American restaurant in the Golden Valley area that offers lunch, dinner, and a full-service bar Sunday, Monday Tuesday, & Thursday 11am-8pm & Friday/Saturday 11am-9pm. The new menu offers traditional recipes such as burgers, pizza, steaks and in house made pastas, mixed with more modern cuisine, such as Shrimp in Vodka Sauce or sausage Parmesan stuffed mushrooms.
