Best bagel I’ve ever tried, fresh and delicious. I'll be back for sure.

I really wanted to love this place but was sadly disappointed. I tried the Desi sandwich, featuring egg whites, bacon, avocado, jalapeño cream cheese, and lemon pepper on a hollowed-out bagel. The flavors were bold and satisfying, with the jalapeño cream cheese adding a nice kick. However, the sandwich was on the salty side, with the bacon and lemon pepper amplifying the saltiness. While the ingredients were fresh and the hollowed bagel was light, the saltiness overshadowed the overall experience.

First time customer review: Bagels are LARGE, equally dense, and have good flavor throughout. Pros: Variety, from plain sourdough to red-velvet, they have you covered. Size, if you’re taking these to go, better have a large format toaster or you’ll be dragging out the toaster oven! Con’s: Consistency, they are very heavy, a dense bite. I prefer a less doughy bite, easier to toast up. Without throwing shade, they feel more like the texture you find in a grocery store’s bagel-bin. That is purely my interpretation of the bagels my family received. The place on Saturday is packed, so many people like them. Cost, I paid $35 for a dozen varietal and one tub of Veggie cream cheese. Which by the way has a bit of a kick! We did not care for it and wouldn’t get again. Just saying, these our our taste buds and yours may appreciate the heat in the morning :)

I've eaten here two times. I am so glad this place is here. Best choice in Eastvale. I love it. Employees are sweet and helpful. Place is very clean. Bagels are fresh and delicious. Sourdough bagel with bacon, egg, cream cheese. Delicious! Several choices in bagels. Way better then Panera.

Very happy to see that we are getting a place with amazing bagels in the area. We love the variety that Cassidys Corner Cafe has to offer; my favorite is the Joe's Special (Bacon, egg, cheese with jalapeño cream cheese and lemon pepper) with the asiago cheese bagel; the jalapeno cream cheese is amazing (not spicy or overpowering). The staff is always friendly and helpful. There is a long line during the weekends, but it's definitely worth the wait.

This place is GREAT and EXACTLY what Eastvale needs to break the chain of mediocre quality, cookie cutter, franchise eateries we have all been literally begging for. The fresh bagels were a bit nostalgic for me and reminiscent of what you might find in a big city as a breakfast option...not to mention flavorful and HUGE! Nothing like you would get from buying at Starbucks or a "grocery store". I also had an iced coffee...rich and tasty (also not like Starbucks or a "grocery store". Also, contrary to some of the negative comments in another review, I found the fact that they actually run out of them (the bagels) speaks volumes to the quality and commitment to freshness. In other words...if they "run out of bagels" it is a GOOD thing! The atmosphere is laid back and modern and the location is off the beaten path, so it is great for a quick relaxing meal or snack option away from the crowds and traffic that exists in most other Eastvale retail spots. Honorable mention...the "bagel bombs" are also another item I would recommend. I will be trying the lunch options in the near future as well. Well done so far and we hope this location exists in Eastvale for years to come!

Even with 8 to 10 people working it takes 45 minutes to get your bagels absolutely ridiculous. It’s the second and last time I will ever go.

I mean it’s so nice when I know there’s Cassidy’s near my house, and today is my first time to try, I ordered 2 bagel and 1 latte, the bagel came out fast but the latte made me waited for 15 mins, I always smile to others then I asked the front girl how long it takes for my latte the girl said: oh just couple minutes, then I waited for another 5 minute and asked again, the same girl said something you won’t believe, she said: sorry but you have to order it. I mean Dude what the hell is that mean? I’m mad and told her that I already ordered it! Is she a goldfish that memory can only hold for 10 seconds?? Why she acting like that is becuz I ask her to put some Nutella on my chocolate bagel, but she try to charge me for 2 dollars just for a scoop of Nutella, then I said I’m gonna pass it then, and maybe she thinks that I might the kind guy who’s asking for free latte as well? That is so rude and so unprofessional! whoever the boss is you should fire that girl becuz she don’t have any common sense on serving people, thanks for the boss that end up gives me 2 coupon for free bagel next time visit, but I guess I’m not coming back anymore sorry.

Begals are Delish people are friendly and I gotta say it's about time a Good Bagel place has come to the City....

First off, they were out of all the bagels at 11 am(except maybe 3). I ordered the abc bagel and it did not have cream cheese when it says it includes AVOCADO, BACON, CREAM CHEESE. It was a very dry bagel.

Overall, the best bagels in Eastvale!!! Not even words can express the freshness of the bagels. Great variety of bagels, and sandwiches for breakfast and lunch. Especially the Iced 4.2.1 coffee, definitely a must try. Don’t miss out on this new bagel place. DEFINITELY A MUST TRY. What a great environment with amazing customer service overall with a beautiful interior, great for photo op's. Definitely coming back to this bagel shop! Eastvale we are in for a treat!!!
