Gaby & Emma Gabaldon started serving their delicious recipes, in the tiny kitchen of their home in 1951. Emma’s unique and flavorful Sonoran style dishes wowed & amazed guests from all over. Casa Mañana became the destination restaurant in the Gila Valley. Casa Mañana's popularity grew forcing the Gabaldon's to move next door & converted their entire home into an open dining room with an expanded kitchen to handle more hungry customers. After owning and operating Casa Mañana for more than 25 years the Gabaldon’s retired and sold their business. Now, Gila Valley natives Dan & Diane Hoopes & son Adam, carry on their legacy that began more than 70 years ago. Enjoy that same legendary food today.
