From irresistible chips and authentic salsa to famous enchiladas, Casa Azteca has continued to impress its customers from the beginning. Casa Azteca means the House of the Aztecs and was named in honor of the Aztec Indians of Mexico and their wonderful traditions by the founders, Humberto (Beto) and Socorro Cardenas.
