Was visiting from California and went there this past Saturday to grab a drink to get night started. They charged me a $1.50 Venue Fee on top of a $6.60 service fee (See attached Receipt) for one drink. No other venue in that area did that to me except this one. Considering I spent over $3,000 a little over a year ago on bottle service and this is how they treated me I had to send them a bad review. Stop ripping off your patrons!
Deceptive pricing. Went here for the Halloween event. I asked for the advertised $5 Happy Dad Tea special. The bartender claimed they didn't have any more of it but asked me if Twisted Tea was okay. I said yes. The price for that single 12oz can of Twisted Tea was $14.
Definitely avoid this place.
After being frisked at the door like a criminal and asked to take my boots off to make sure I didn’t have my hog leg in my boot we ordered food. $21.00 for two tiny tacos. What a joke!
2 vodka redbull 45 dollars 😂😂😂
Clubbing culture in Scottsdale is frustrating, especially if you don’t fit the thin, white, or lip filler aesthetic. The discrimination is blatant—our group of six was singled out when they charged my friend $20 to get in because his dress shorts 'didn’t have belt loops,' a flimsy excuse at best. The judgmental stares from security all night made it clear we weren't welcome. To top it off, the music was terrible. Even after four shots, the vibe was dead. If you’re into partying with a mix of mediocre frat guys and blonde girls in Oh Polly dresses, lured in with free drinks to keep this place alive, then maybe this spot is for you. Otherwise, steer clear.
The staff members were extremely rude to my friends and I during a bachelorette celebration. We were invited into a table and then removed in the most unnecessarily rude manner. Management please consider getting some new staff who know how to treat women respectfully.
So disrespectful to women! Owners should reach out for full story. Please be careful!
Very busy place. We came late. Would like to come earlier and check out the vibe.
The Bartender girls are so rude and so is the security
Hello to the owner of this place. Please reconsider the staff here. Some of these employees falsely called the police and said that I have a gun and threatened them, and this was contrary to their statements. Please fire them, otherwise I will talk to my lawyer.
Ask for Khobe! Great service and experience
I don't know how many times I have to get ripped off by these bartenders at this place before I stopped going. They charge $14 for 2 beer plus $3 service charge with credit. But when I paid with cash I still had to pay $9 for a beer. I'm done going here it's a scam
June 28th My brother got “dress coded” for not having a belt on. Never heard of anything like that ever. No one even sags their pants anymore, so what even is the point? It doesn’t stop there though. They took his ID and told him to go to the ATM to pull out $20 to give them and they would give him his ID back and maybe even let him stay. I’m sorry…. what? We’ve either got an employee who is extorting patrons and pocketing cash or a business whose policy it is…. To extort their patrons. Haven’t been to Old Town Scottsdale in years, but I see it’s still pretentious as ever.
Casa is always a blast with my wife and our friends. Fun music, dancing and cocktails. Definitely a must visit in the entertainment district!
