We were there today to buy shake & ice-cream but it was made wrong, we went back in to have it be made better & when customer is not satisfied, it's upto the management/owners to train employees to make things correctly, instead Sammie yells at me & shows me the paper she hung on wall for employees but if they don't follow it, then nothing will be made to satisfaction of customer but she as the owner didn't understand that & we had a horrible experience after being many years of their loyal customers. WE HIGHLY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION AFTER HOW WE WERE TREATED. THE VIDEO WE TOOK WILL BE ALL OVER EVERY SOCIAL MEDIA TO SHOW HOW THEY TREAT THEIR LOYAL CUSTOMERS WHEN THEY ARE WRONG & NOT CORRECT THEIR MISTAKE!!!
Samie and Scott are awesome, and their ice-cream are delicious. The reason we gave 1 star is because they are overpriced on everything on their menu. Additionally, They need employees who welcome with a smile and are more friendlier with customers, making you feel welcomed. Today, we were surprised to see how badly Samie behaved to one of their loyal customers. IT WAS WRONG BECAUSE YOU DON'T YELL AT YOUR CUSTOMERS WHEN THE ISSUE IS WRONG ON THE OWNERS END. If a shake or ice cream is not made properly to customer satisfaction, then you should gladly Remake it again for the customer or even train your employees well to follow the paper & make it correctly. That's call great customer service & customer satisfaction. Not Sure Why Asian Owners Behave The Way She Did To Their Wonderful Loyal Customer Whom We Know Too. We even tasted their shake & ice cream, and it was horribly made for them. Additionally, we hope they lower their prices, to get more business in this bad times, or their business will slow down!!! Samie Should Also Apologize To Their Loyal Customer Whom They Yelled At Today That We Witnessed and Was Shocked. AN ADVICE TO CARVEL, IMPROVE YOUR SENSE OF UNDERSTANDING AND DON'T TREAT CUSTOMERS BAD. After seeing what we saw today evening, we lost respect for these owners and place. I showed up to this carvel at 9:30 pm on a Saturday. When I arrived the “open” sign above the door was still on however doors were closed despite the on line time schedule stating the store closed at 10pm. There were 3 individuals in the store and one of them was directly in front of the door mopping. I knocked on the door assuming they may have locked the door accidentally, the young lady blatantly ignored my knock and even looked up by the 3rd knock and walked away. I was so disgusted with their customer service and the worst thing is she also was aware that I was with 2 children. I was so upset I knocked again hoping to catch the attention of an older women who may have been the manager; she too looked up and ignored my knock. I kept thinking, “I could have wanted to simply ask a question or may have been a customer earlier who thought I lost something and wanted to inquire” They had no idea why I was knocking and chose to ignore me. I will be calling the headquarters to complain and will never step foot in that store again !
