I would give it a seven out of 10, the potatoes cheese is not a seasoning and they were so hard. I had to cut them with a knife just to eat them. The ribs were very tasteful. Great seasoning it’s so dry I didn’t understand that. The Keylime pie. Was worth coming back for
1st timer! I was drawn to this place based on a recommendation for a good salad. We arrived around 9 pm on a Sunday as a party of two, just before their 10 pm closing time. The restaurant’s mature decor exuded sophisticated, ‘grown and sexy’ vibes. Ray, our server, was outstanding. Prompt, knowledgeable about the menu, and charming, he made our experience memorable. Following Ray’s suggestion, I started with the crab cake, which was good but not the best I’ve had—still, I’d rate it an 8/10. For my main course, I opted for the blackened chicken Caesar salad, with an addition of cucumbers, although they were missing from the plate. Despite this, the salad was phenomenal, earning a solid 10/10. To top off our evening, we indulged in a phenomenal key lime pie to-go, which was simply divine—another 10/10! Thank you, Carsons, for a delightful evening. I highly recommend it and look forward to returning to explore more of the menu!

Jedzenie smaczne, chociaż zamówiony stek z wierzchu był nieco przypalony a mięso nie do końca doprawione , patrząc na ceny spodziewałam się większego efektu wow. Pozostałe jedzenie jak krewetki, chleb kukurydziany, ziemniaki, ryba były bardzo smaczne. Dobry wybór wina i smacznych drinków. Świetnym akcentem są wielkie śliniaki
Prime Rib sandwich was absolutely delicious.
My boyfriend and I went to Carson’s tonight and our experience was a 10/10. We sat at the bar and were took care of by Eddie, he was an amazing bartender and definitely took care of us. Food was amazing, highly recommend the shrimp dejonghe and the prime rib sandwich. The atmosphere was also amazing, we came at a slow time (around 3:30pm) but absolutely no complaints. All of the staff was working hard, you could tell they enjoyed being there. Again huge shout out to Eddie, he was amazing
Great steaks as you might expect, obviously. But what surprised me (positively) were drinks and cocktails. All prime quality. Must go.
We went to Carson's last night (Friday) before catching a show at the Riverside. We had reservations for 4:00, but it didn't start getting busy until 5:00/5:30. I ordered the steak kebab, because I thought the portion would be smaller than the cuts of meat that were $20+ more. Well, I still ended up with a lot leftovers. Portions are generous, and everything tasted great. The coleslaw that comes with the meal was really good; finely chopped and creamy. Our server was kind and attentive. Total bill for 3 with full entrees and 2 drinks each was $315. They do automatically add a 18% gratuity onto the check, but do a good job of making sure you know it. Everything was great! We'll be back.
