Love the food & drinks!

Update- We had our monthly Visit to Carrabba's since we live 45 minutes away and not sure what happened today but this visit was awful. We were seated fast but waited and waited for service getting drinks was terribly slow we received our app and placed our order. Our drinks were gone when the soups came out which were piping hot could not eat it without a drink and then our food comes out so we start eating I still don't have a drink nothing no water or anything my first drink was a Blue Moon which was gone with the app, over halfway Done with my food waiter apologized said the keg was out offered to get me something else which I did order a Cold Snap it finally came out when I was finished with my food. We were at the restaurant for right at two hours for lunch this was not a good visit. Not trying to bash anyone but man for the cost (we spent 100$ for lunch) at least a manager or someone could help out the restaurant wasn't even that busy yet. Just very disappointing considering we have had some decent visits at this location..... Below is from a Prior Visit...... Late Lunch with my wife and we were seated promptly in the Bar area, unfortunately we forgot our servers name but he was awesome stayed on top of drinks and was extremely nice. We had the Mozz app and it was delicious. I had the Mahi wolffe with fettuccine and it was great (Sausage Lentil Soup also delicious) wife had the Chicken Marsala with fettuccine and she said it was very good, the take home another dish for 10$ is awesome we took home two different dishes. We were very pleased with our Visit and when back in town we will def. visit again. Cheers!!

Love the food, service and great atmosphere

I love this place!! Dietary restrictions: I have about 5 different allergies, this place accommodate me like no other!

Arrived a few moments ago 8:15pm to be seated by what appeared to the Manager. The seating was okay, but it was quickly noticeable we were the only two people seated in that area, Besides those at the bar. A couple came in after us and was seated on the opposite side of the restaurant, where more guest were eating. No one never came to our side. I watched the couple be served their drinks and bread. We waited patiently. A few staff looked over and never addressed us. A Young gentleman came into the area to clean surrounding tables and still no acknowledgment that someone was coming. Respectfully, we left. First Impression is lasting impression!!! In that moment I couldn’t expect the food to be good nor receive good service moving forward

I ate at the bar. The service was pretty good. The food is typical Italian cuisine. Nothing really stood out as far as the food was concerned but it wasn't bad

Awful. I ordered a chicken salad, and it was thrown together. Had wilted lettuce and cold chicken. I called to let them know. The "manager" Tracey was doing way too much, and then she said "I'm in investigative mode. Then, proceeded to ask a million questions, " Mam, this is not NASA. I'm already annoyed that I paid close to 20 dollars for a measly salad. What is the solution? Not a million questions. If it's awful, take the customers' word for it. Why would I want to waste my time and call about a salad?

Food was good but the pasta needed a little more sauce extreme wait times
