Carrabba's Italian Grill

Evan is a fantastic server. He took great care of us during lunch Sunday, offered many suggestions and gave us a lovely experience. He also has gorgeous eyes.

Found a dead bug in the house salad half way into eating it…the management did make it right by refunding my order however I will not be coming back here.

We are frequent diners at Carrabbas. Tonite we had the pleasure of being served by Faith L. I can honestly say she was the best server we have ever had! Pleasant, knowledgeable and anticipates our needs! She went above usual service. She made sure that we took home were neatly and safely packed and assisted us in every way.

Good food and atmosphere

So I gave a 1 star rating based solely on the service we received from Brenda. When we areived, she has a 2 top and a 4 top and us. When we got to the restaurant it was about medium.on busy. I'm not sure why Carrabbas doesn't have the server assigned to our table bring our drinks, but on 2 different occasions we did not get refills when we ordered them. We asked for a few extra inches to decide what we wanted to eat. It took her over 20 minutes to retuen.to take the order. Again, someone else brought our food, and when Brenda returned we asked for refills. We finished our entire meal and no refills. It wasn't until I got up and headed to the bar to get our own refills Brenda decided to get us drinks. Again, it was NOT busy and neither was she. The topper for the evening is when I gave a tip based on her lack of performance, she actually followed us out the door to plead her case. Standing in the doorway blocking other guest that were trying to leave, pleading why she was not at fault for her lousy service. This lady was extremely unfriendly.and unprofessional. On an average night, it took more than 2 hours for our dining expierence. We will be back but it won't be in her section.

Amy and her assistant were great! They kept our drinks refilled, brought extra bread and we had exceptional service! The food was outstanding (as usual) and the portion sizes were generous. We had the Spedino De Mare and the Fettuccini Shrimp and Scallops with Vodka sauce. The best part was the $10 take away (we took another Spedino and a Pasta Weesie to go). Would gladly return to this Carrabba's in particular and request Amy's section again!

Walked in, no reservation but they said 8-10 minutes. Had us sit. Didn't ask for our names or anything. Then waited 30 minutes. Asked how much longer and they didn't even have in the system so they took down a name and then told us we had to sit and wait again. When I asked 10 minutes later how long is the actual wait. They told us 35- 40 mins longer. When we walked in before 3 other families with our reservation as well. Didn't even make it to a table after being so frustrated that we walked in being told 8-10 minutes by 2 hosts/waitresses. 1 with glasses and another with fairy hair, I decided to leave. Complete waist of my birthday dinner!

We waited over 2 hours to get our food and then we took it home. The bartender told us they had problems in the kitchen and they didn't know what they were. But the whole place cleared out. The friers were broken so we couldn't even order calamari, We had a salad and a soup.. We hadn't been to this caravas for a year or so, and we're very disappointed last night. The poor young bar tenders didn't know what to do. They were too very excellent bartenders, but I'm sure that it could have been taken care of a little different if there was a manager on duty.
