Carmen's Ice Cream Parlor, Paleteria y Neveria, Helados y Mantecados

I love carmens we go once a week at least. Local and delicious she hand makes everything so it's always fresh. Her store is homey and the atmosphere is welcoming and comfortable! My fave flavor is the cookies and cream !

DELICIOUS! Homemade, natural and good quality ice cream! We were visiting from South FL and checkout this ice cream shop. We ordered 6 flavors and all were SO good! Nice flavors, nothing gross or artificial and the staff is so nice.

Simply put, it is the best ice cream in all of Polk County, arguably the entire state. I love blue bell, but Carmen's is superior.
