Stop by for lunch

This is one of the cleanest Carl's JRs I've ever been to. The restaurants clean the bathrooms are clean the windows are clean. The food tasted fantastic, will stop by when we're in the area next time. All the servers were very nice as well.

The worst meal I’ve ever had in my life. Tasted like it sat there since the day before

These idiots didn’t give me my debit card back after paying and giving me my food. I live in a different county and by the time I got home I realized and called. They said my card was fine and safe and they apologized for not giving it back and that I could come get it whenever. I go there today to get it and they inform me they threw it out? Are you kidding me? So now I have no way to pay for things, and have to get a new card and change all my accounts because of you guys being complete idiots. Thanks a lot idiots.

Just ordered breakfast at the Westlake Village CA store. Great hot food. But even more, GREAT customer service from Adam M. Drive through people aren’t always easy to understand, patient and nice. He was all of the above. We felt he was actually glad we were there! Keep up the good work!
