Disgusting! Staff are extremely rude, touching their faces, handling money and then touching the food. Place is a health violation. Food is luke-warm at best and was so unappetizing we threw it out. And then they have the audacity to ask for a tip. PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN. You're better off eating from a vending machine!

Handed me small fries but I paid for large Very bad customer service Majorly understaffed I order just large fries. I got final call for my flight after I have waited for 25 mins just for large fries I went to counter and Asian (Chinese) lady rudely told me to wait more even just for Fries When I told her that my flight is leaving and just a fries or give me my money back She than grabbed fries rudely passed it to me

It was fast which helps in an airport - only thing was it was so fast the cheese never melted and that was the only negative of the meal. Good burger otherwise.

I’d give 0 stars. Long line. Staff who doesn’t care. Staff more concerned talking to each other than making orders

Forced to respond to tip. My burger sat in the rack while she fussed with the drink fountain area. A tip for a good job on the burger construction, a big minus for leaving my burger while doing something else and tossing my bag onto the counter, not a word, and I'm no prick either so.... yeah, nice.

Asked for a simple burger with ONLY ketchup, lettuce and mayonnaise. I received a cold burger with tomato, onions and pickles also on it. Asked for a fresh hot burger with only the toppings I asked for but they couldn't do it because they only had 1 patty that another person ordered and they were closing. Had to wipe off the pickles, onions and tomato and asked if they could microwave the burger. They did. No apologies to their negligence.

A mistake. I thought I would try the muffin breakfast combo but it was cold. I am too polite to return it. I should have looked at these reviews first.

Would give 0 stars if i could. Cold food, despicable service, extremely limited menu and staff that should be ashamed of themselves. Save your money go elsewhere
