Carl's Jr.

I recently visited this branch of Carl’s Jr. and was quite impressed with the overall experience. The hamburger was delicious, especially considering the reasonable prices. The restaurant itself had a welcoming atmosphere, and the employees were friendly and efficient, adding to the positive experience. I would highly recommend giving it a try if you're looking for a tasty and affordable meal option.

I had to edit this review from 5 stars to 2. The last three times the quality has been sub par. It's too bad because the restaurant started out strong and was one of my favorite burger places in town. I thought id give them one last try today but didn't even feel up to finishing my meal

Being a skip driver, it is really hard to wait outside in -20 temp. Requesting management and owner to get install any bell at the door, so that drivers and customers don't have to wait longer and get freeze. I have been visiting this store from last year. However, from last six months, the bell on door is not working. I have requested the staff many times to pass this issue to their management or owner, but look like they don't care.

The service was great, the staff brought or takeout orders to where we were seated, they smiled and wished us a great evening. The food was awesome as well! The chicken strips were juicy, not at all greasy, the crisscut fries were crispy and the chocolate milkshake was to die for! My new favourite go-to fast food place

My recent visit to Carl's Jr. was marred by the abysmal customer service provided by a certain Mrs. Lovepreet. From the moment I stepped into the restaurant, it was clear that she had mastered the art of bad customer orientation. I have nothing against food quality and location to be honest and fair. They are not the best and for sure not the worst, they have nice quality food for the price but this bad customer care which I saw multiple times just disappointed me and made me leave this review because I won't go there anymore and won't recommend it to any one of my friends and family anymore. Firstly, Mrs. Lovepreet appeared to be more interested in her own affairs than attending to customers. As I approached the counter to place my order, she barely looked up from whatever she was doing on her phone, displaying an attitude that screamed, "I couldn't care less about your presence here." Attempting to engage in any form of communication with Mrs. Lovepreet was an exercise in frustration. She responded to questions with minimal effort, offering one-word answers and a complete lack of interest in ensuring customers felt welcome. It was as if she considered any interaction with patrons to be a personal inconvenience. When my order was finally prepared and handed to me, Mrs. Lovepreet managed to convey her disdain for the very concept of customer satisfaction. The transaction felt more like a burden to her than a routine part of her job. A simple smile or a courteous "thank you" seemed beyond her capabilities. Throughout my time in the restaurant, I observed Mrs. Lovepreet treating other customers with the same level of contempt. It was disheartening to witness such blatant disregard for basic customer service principles. In the end, my experience with Mrs. Lovepreet at Carl's Jr. left a sour taste in my mouth that no amount of fast food goodness could overcome. If you value even a shred of customer-oriented service, I strongly advise against subjecting yourself to the dismal experience that Mrs. Lovepreet seems determined to provide. Carl's Jr. may have delicious burgers, but the presence of Mrs. Lovepreet ensures that the overall dining experience is nothing short of a customer service nightmare.
