They got my order wrong and I was trying to politely gain the attention of the window employee but she was not paying attention to the window at all. Had she looked quickly instead of walking to the back constantly and looking away from the window, she would've responded and resolved this issue earlier.

I sat in the drive thru line for 15 minutes only to find out they hadn't input my order and were planning to have me wait at the window while they now started to make my food.
