Ordered a double angus burger - no cheese, no onion and waffle fries. Received - a double bacon burger, no lettuce, no tomato; waffle fries were luke warm when the bag was handed to me (thankful for microwaves). The order process is horrible niw that a live person to take the order has been eliminated. In all, I probably angered the window person when I didn't agree to pull around. There was only 1 person behind me so I wasn't holding up a line. I know it's becsusr they have to get cars through in a set time. I didn't agree because I was driving a big truck. I will have to get a new burger place for hubby.

Absolutely horrible idea to use AI at the drive up. The automation attempt ended up taking me 12 min in the drive thru. Avoid florin/perkins & Calvine CJ’s at all cost.

I had high expectations going in, I ordered the 2 for 5 chicken stars and a cheese burger only cheese pickles and ketchup then I ordered the 2 for 6 chicken wraps... My 5 year old twins ate the chicken stars and cheese burger good! The wraps weren't good! The tendon on the small piece of chicken is still there. I can not enjoy the tortilla, cheeeand Lettuce if I'm struggling to chew the chicken...

If there was a zero star, I would rate it. If we don't eat pork, we don't eat pork. We said no "sausage or bacon," and she said "so you want bacon" LIKE WE DONT EAT PORK AT ALL. Instead of letting a customer in with money they decided to stare at me two ladies eating one manager looking at me when there dine in says 6am so I'm cold like fool as there eating a laughing I guess bc I was black man they didn't open will not come back

Great customer service and the food was nice and fresh. Definitely will be coming often
