Bought doubles as per good reviews he asked to wait 25 minutes as they make it fresh according to him after the doubles come and they are cold with fishy smell I don’t recommend this place this was my third time trying , I alway get it from Scarborough the best place for doubles My call why waste my time saying freshly cooked and it comes cold because of the chutney

Authentic is the accurate way to describe it. As a Trinidadian living abroad their doubles was the most authentic I’ve had outside of T&T and I’ve tried many (and the portions, unbeatable). The dhal, rice and curry shrimp was also tasty. Again, the portion size was worth every cent. The oxtail soup was nice. We would certainly return whenever we are in Toronto. Vegetarian options: Nice variety.

Truly, such a gem. All their food is made fresh and you can’t beat it. The prices are reasonable and you won’t be disappointed. The owner and everyone who works there is unbelievably kind. If you come at lunch be prepared to wait a little bit but the 10-15 minutes is nothing compared to what you get!

Went there last night when they were about to close. Let me to tell you exceptional customer service, the food was amazing got the BBQ chicken with rice and peas. As a first time customer I’m happy to say I’ll be purchasing food there more when I’m in the area.
