Captain Jay's Fish & Chicken

Not for me, little too crunchy. The pepper sauce was good. The fish was skimpy portions. Good service and fast.

Will NEVER go there again TOTAL waste of my MONEY😭that was my Furst time & my LAST😡 Was sooo Disappointed n the Food.

Fried Perch with Lemon Pepper Seasoning & Chips was very good. They also Cod & Tilapia.

I have to say I was disappointed. I was hungry and went up to Captain Jay’s on Gratiot near 13 mile road. They did not have bread. I usually go to the one on Schoenherr but I was a ways from there. So I called Eastpointe one and they had bread. So I proceeded to order 2 Cat Fish. I go pick it up (with bread or rolls as they call it) (same thing). They looked like they were tired of working. One of my cat fish was hard and cold is if it was sitting for hours, the other was warm. I didn’t call to complain NOR go back up there because I was upset. There are no stars for me, I will never go there again. Other CJ’s food are always fresh, it just so happened the one on gratiot near 13 didn’t have bread😑🙄

The staff greeted me at the door. I was served immediately. The food was delicious. I commend Jason, Brianna and ja'Nya for their friendly smile and amazing attitudes.

Bit slow for fast food Had to ask for items to go with food

I ordered the 10 piece leg and thighs and I asked for NO Seasoning on my food. The Seasoning is suppose to be lemon pepper but something else is added in and it's so NASTY. What happened to salt and pepper or season salt. Eating my food, I only had one taste in my mouth and it was Soo salty that I couldn't even finish my food. Absolutely Horrible!!!! To top it off the Meat was red on the inside and not fully cooked. I can't...I won't be going back.

I work for the state. If I walk in and it's wrong, I'm taking pictures and making a phone call. The dang feathers, old cooking oil and the nasty looking food is enough to get cited. I won't hesitate. These Captain Jays and Manhattans are the worst. The bad part is they don't want to refund but give you a credit. Why would I want to buy more nasty chicken from the same establishment??

Good price for 2pc cod dinner. I left pleasantly stuffed! Great food!

Straight bussin

Bought chicken fish and family fries for Mother's Day and got served a long piece of fake hair in my chicken. Nobody's wearing hairnets. Just disgusting. I can't believe I fed my family this garbage 😤.

Food was terribly bland and rubbery. The coleslaw smelled like it was a few minutes away from being officially expired.
