Been going to this location for years and my recent visit became my last. I ordered through the drive-thru the fish and fries for 5.99. I get to the window, I pay, I wait. I get served a messy cold order of fish, shrimp, and fries. I went back through and told the girl who did not seem to care and she called someone else who I've seen the before and he just took the food back and brought me a new, fresh clean order. No apology or hey it's our fault you can keep the order and we'll make it right.

The food was ok. But the service was excellent. Very kind and great customer service

Stopped in for lunch and we each got one of the $5.99 meals. I got the "Giant Fish Sandwich", which is two of the fried fish pieces on a bun and tartar sauce. Very filling and tasty! Next time I would add a piece of cheese. I will say, the fries are lacking at Capt. D's, probably my least favorite fast food fries. I'd rather have had hushpuppies instead. I also got a side of 5 fried shrimp for $1.99. Hard to beat this deal. My sandwich was so big I didn't really need the shrimp but it's hard to say no at that price. Service was friendly and the restaurant was clean.

I went to the drive thru to order chicken fingers and fries and the lady at the drive thru was very rude !she said go ahead with your order there was no hi may I take your order please.i ordered chicken and fries , and she says we don't have chicken and fries, but it's on the menu.will not be coming back.

And they sell the big bags of ice and it's that good ice the crunchy kind
