So slow. Always waiting for ever to order. Even if there is only one person in line
Waited for the lady to take my order, she never did at the drive thru, went,, in they were smoking Marijuana in the kitchen and outside. Not sure if managers knew this
Online buyers beware. On Nov. 4th we ordered 2 grilled whitefish dinners. We paid online with a credit card. When my husband went to pick up our order he was told their grill was down and they couldn't make our food. He asked for a refund and was told they couldn't issue a refund and he had to call corpoate. It is now Nov. 14th and after several calls we have still not been issued a refund. Corpoate does not answer. Customer service just fills out a form. The district manager does not return calls. The second manager of the restaurant is just rude. I could hear her on the phone with my husband from the other room. We are now going to call the Ohio Attorney General and file a report. This is unacceptable.
