I’ve 36 years old and have lived here my whole life and only have eaten here 4 times. Today I had a rather good experience with a new employee Kamari. I was a little indecisive about what I wanted to eat, but was in the area and choose here and was so glad I did. It was several families dining in and wonderful staff working. Kenti was the manager on duty and came up and assisted her with the transaction and everything flowed smoothly. Thank you for your service guys.

Really nice people and was very surprised by how good the food was. I had broccoli and thought it would probably be terrible but it was perfect. The fish was nice too. It's wonderful to get a healthy meal at a fast food place!

Wasn't worth the price. Everything was hot and tasty apart from the funnel cake that was just nasty. I think If the place didn't smell like old people it would be great.

If you have 20 minutes to wait to receive cold, greasy, food, then by all means, this place is perfect. Entirely way too slow for fried food. It's not even decent.

I have ordered the fried clams twice and each time I was given a handful! I would be ashamed to serve a portion so small! Ridiculous! Went back a couple of days ago and nothing had improved. They seriously need a more professional staff and management.

Food is definitely better than long john silvers and staff is super nice

I don't have a Captain D's where I live and I noticed there was one close by when I was in Virginia so I was so excited to get some food. They gave me half the portion I should of received and almost forgot some items that I ordered. The food wasn't fresh and it was skinny pieces of fish. This totally messed up my experience of eating at a place I grew up loving.
