Why is it that one of the employees are allowed to park right by the front door halfway in the drive through lane where there is no parking spot. Right in the dang way of everyone pulling in. (11 months later and it is still happening, blocking most of the area for customers to get by.)

Not blaming workers but only had 2 people working, waited over 30 minutes for carry out order, only 5 other people there, inside below average in cleanliness, food sucked. Not fresh & no taste to it. Corn dried out, crab cakes dry not sure they even had any crab, small shrimp hard, hush puppies no flavor. I will never eat at another one again. I used to love eating here, but it’s been years. Never again. I’m 30 miles north of there & I was told I’d have to return to store bringing back food & would be reimbursed. No I'm not driving that far back & through the food in the dumpster already. I evacuated from Florida & had enough of traffic & traveling. $35 down the drain

It wasn't even open 30 minutes after it was supposed to open. And that was days before the hurricane 🌀 came.

The dark skin woman that work drive-thru has gotta go. I can see I’m not the only one who is having issue with her so why she is still there is beyond me. She had the most attitude when she overcharged me because she didn’t know what she was doing.

Wow. I posted to Corporate site and manager did contact us. I was more concerned for the other Senior citizens. The staff outbursts at each other were highly disruptive and the bathrooms needed a good cleaning. Manager said he would review staff training in concerned areas. We'll go back in a few months to see if anything has changed.

Usually pretty quick. Always fresh and hot food.

I ordered a two piece fish dinner with fries and the fish was overcooked and fries were cold and hard

Not all that

Food was a bit overcooked but the service was great.

Worst meal ever, I threw away almost two full meals. The fish was horrible, you could not chew through the okra, coleslaw taste rotten, the fries were cold and soggy like the grease was not up to temperature. And on top of all that I waited about 30 minutes just to get the food and did I forget to mention they were out of Pepsi and EVEN KETCHUP, i was to disappointed and embarrassed for the company to even ask for my money back just figured it was better not to return to the one in Brunswick......

Dirty, slow just really bad experience.

I guess i shouldve brought fish sticks and fries from walmart

Takes entirely too long to get your food at this restaurant.
