Vegetarian options: Impossible chick’n Philly was amazing just the right amount of mean and veggies I also got the thin cut steak fries which where fried perfectly… Customer service was excellent (Seth ) took my order I loveeeee his energy he gets five stars hisself alone and restaurant cleanliness was on point you can tell the workers really care about their work environment I give this place ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I highly recommend

My Boss told me about Capriottis a year ago and told me about this Sandwhich that is Thanksgiving all wrapped into one. I tried it in Raleigh and so glad there's one near me in Ft. Mill. Get the hot bobbie!

Ordered DoorDash. Asked for lettuce, onion, and mayo on my Italian. Came plain. This is the second time I have tried this place and was disappointed. I do not think I will be going back. +$13 for a 8” sub when there is a national sandwich chain up the street, more consistent, and almost half the price.

Best fries! Tried the Bobbie, turkey and cranberry. Delicious,! Good service. Good selection

Absolutely amazing business practice and the kindness of employees

The beginning of the bad experience began when I entered the restaurant at approximately 12:30 to get a sandwich to go. I walked up to the counter to place my order. A young lady met me at the register and just stood there waiting for me to address her with not so much as a greeting. I greeted her because I know good manners and then gave her my order. I ordered the small cheesesteak with no side items. I had a seat to wait for my order to be prepared. There was only one person ahead of me. that person received their food and I sat and waited for 7 minutes (I counted the time while my sandwich just sat on the countertop waiting for someone to tell me to pick it up). When the person making the sandwiches finally called my name. I told her that I had seen that sandwich sitting on the counter for at least 7 minutes as I sat there waiting. She then told me that she had just made all of the sandwiches and no matter what they would be sitting there. I told her I didn't want to argue but the sandwich had in fact been sitting there a minimum of 7 minutes and her co-worker had walked over to the sandwich, Looked at it and continued on whatever she was doing in the store as if I wasn't there. I told her for the sake of process improvement this needs to change so she immediately turned to her co-worker and told her to call out the names of people when their sandwiches were ready -- ya think??? I asked the person how would I have known my sandwich was ready if nobody told me and she said you wouldn't. I took my sandwich and left and I won't be back. On top of the customer-no-service, The sandwich was edible at best, not seasoned and definitely not worth the $12 I paid for it. I can get a better sandwich in a less fancy mom and pop establishment. The meat on the sandwich had not been seasoned at all and I could tell that the grill had been in heavy use because of the charred taste on my meat as I ate my sandwich.

Out of bottled diet Pepsi. Out of fountain diet. Out if unsweetened tea... Cmon man

Good sandwich but it’s all about the bread and the bread is below average!

Loved it! Staff were very nice and the food and overall experience was great!
