Wow, the meat quality is amazing and the customer service is awesome, thanks for taking care of me Hunter.

The food is fresh and delicious. From the case meats, the freshly made lunch to the snacks. I have to say I've purchased meat from COSTCO for the majority of my cooking BUT since I have had the ground beef here, I will now buy all of my ground beef from Capital Meats. We have tried the streaks, the sausages and their monthly box bundles and have never been disappointed by any means. I definitely recommend Capital Meats whether your stopping in for lunch, grabbing a snack, or wanting to purchase some meat for a weekend BBQ.

A stop in to Capital Farms Beef before hitting the grocery store… it’s the best! Hunter helps with prep/cook recommendations on the various cutting meat I choose and… Chino’s carne asada is THE BEST!!! Perfect for prepping a quick delicious dinner. Oh… and this last visit I arrived hungry. I enjoyed the most delicious roast beef sandwich ever. Make sure to get one to go! You’ll be glad you did! Loaded on fresh cooked roast beef, cream cheese and chipotle mayo for perfect flavoring!!!

Parking: Need more parking

Decent burger but the blt bacon was burnt and sandwich was greasy with kale or some other tough greens. Liked the different deli selections even if a bit pricey.

Tried this little spot today and got the Capital Burger, with chipotle aioli and beef bacon, and GOTDAMN that was a GREAT burger! Looking forward to dining here again, soon.
