Fantastic chicken! The mac and cheese is slamming!

The place was empty when I went to pick up my Uber eats order. Lomo Saltado was AWFUL!! Gross! I threw it away. There was barely any vegetable on there, like 2-3 pieces of tomato, it was basically fries SOAKED in vinegar with some meat on top and a lump of rice on the side. The rice was the only thing edible. Wasted $21 I wish I could post pictures I took.

Happy they finally reopened. Space is great. Food delicious. And the people were excited and happy to serve their community.

Good place ..

The day before Easter Sunday I called this establishment to make sure they would be open. The lady who answered told me yes until 8pm. I arrived to the establishment roughly around 6:57pm on Easter Sunday. My sister told the gentleman at the counter that we had a large order. He told my sister that he didn’t have anymore chicken for the night and the chicken that was in the warming oven which was only one chicken was it. Mind you other people were walking in and turned away because there was only one chicken. We were excited for this establishment to re open because the food was great when they were open in Mount Vernon Plaza. So we took our money elsewhere for the night along with the others that got turned around due to one chicken being left before closing.

I ate so much! The food was delicious and fresh. There were so many side options, it as hard to choose. I got the Mac and cheese, veggies, and plantains. The house made juice was refreshing too! Definitely recommend and come hungry!

Best chicken on the highway!!! You will NOT be disappointed! Guys try to chickpeas it's on point! The yuca yummy yummy the staff is very friendly, the owner is A+ he come to your table makes sure th service is upto par, something that you don't see nowadays. The music in this restaurant......you just want to get up and start dancing. Capital chicken you have a fan!!!!

The customer service was excellent, I was greeted by the gentleman & acknowledged me as I walked in (03/18/24) The atmosphere is too cold to stay inside to eat and enjoy the food. They have excellent choice in music which they kept playing Aventura :) I had ordered 1/4 of white meat chicken & when I looked at it, it is very small & it looked like it will not fill you up even with 2 sides. The chicken got cold quickly and it looks like the chicken was sitting in the box all day and the lamp thing does not help it keep it warm & was not fresh . Also since I had ordered half a chicken, it only comes with 2 sauces which is not enough so I had to pay for 4 more sauces for my 1/2 chicken combo with my fries. Overall I honestly don’t think it was worth it but you pay for what you get which is unfortunate. Maybe if their chicken was fresh & bigger then I would come back again but I don’t plan to come back unless improvement of their chicken and the freshness of it improves but for now I’ll stick to my go to Peruvian chicken place. The restaurant was clean I will say which is good for the business and should be kept clean . I know they recently just opened up but I am giving feedback to the restaurant and to the public to let them know the overall view of the restaurant. I am hopping that they do succeed in this business and I’m still glad that I came to check it out . The reason why I give it a 2 stars is because of these reasons that I listed above but there is always room for improvement so I hope it is taken as consideration and not as a criticism :)
