Great bakery items, all things taste good. Service is not. There are 15 people waiting while 2 people are doing large cake orders. You need to have 1 person handle cake orders, while another employee handles the customers who have been waiting over 15 min.

The most unprofessional and irresponsible place to do business with! How do you not let a person know when to pickup their cake???These people proceeded to inform my friend that if the cake were to be picked up that the cake could not be eaten upon picking it up………..due to them not informing her on the initial pickup date! Never have I heard of a bakery handling business in this manner. If you are closed the next business day why take the time to make a cake that your client can’t eat??? Some people do business just for the money….this has been the most unprofessional way of handling a cake order that I have ever been a witness to. If you want your cake to be the way you’ve instructed them to make it and actually EAT it please DO NOT order from this place!

They made a cake for me that nobody else wanted to and it looked way better than expected!

Not saying the bakery items are bad but the customer service is definitely major gamble on professionalism & communication So beware.
