California Pizza Kitchen at The Shops on El Paseo

Location specific: Has really gone downhill over the years. In desperate need of a remodel or at least some new seating. Dirty and dilapidated seating. Stained dishes, dirty silverware. Some servers have terrible attitudes, some are great. Food quality varies greatly.

Foods good, service not so much. Very slow and unorganized. But foods good so we come back.

Literally ignored at the door. Waited 20 minutes. Don’t know where the hostess was but it wasn't busy and no one came to seat us or greet us. Maybe because I’m black. The other people waiting were acknowledged and they weren’t black.

Since we arrived they were very rude to us, it took a long time for our waiter to go to the table to take our drinks and the order we ordered was an Alfredo pasta with chicken for children. It didn't have any sauce and the chicken didn't have any flavor. Then we ordered a dessert that It took more than ten minutes to take it when I asked for the bill the waiter never came to ask if I needed anything else I really liked this place but the last two times they have been horrible we will not go again

The Happy Hour prices were fantastic and the food was Wonderful. Great Service too.

Good food, nice lunch conbos with good choices. Slow service, but we weren't in a hurry.

The person who served my table (Jesse) was taking too long to bring the food, and it was cold. He never came back to check if we needed anything else. When we paid the bill, he didn't return the credit, and the next morning, we found new unauthorized charges in the account. I returned to the restaurant to speak to the manager and he stated that there was nothing he could like about it . I reported it to the bank and canceled the card. I will never eat there. They have a theft!
