California Pizza Kitchen at Otay Ranch Town Center

Me and my daughter went to CPK after the movies tonight around 5:45pm on a Thursday. We were seated within 2 minutes but no one came to the table. There were waiters and waitresses around the restaurant conversing with each other, one even asked the table behind me if they were interested in dessert. Although there was a large party in the restaurant, they had already finished eating and were waiting for the check. After 15 minutes with no one even coming to the table to get a drink order or say hello, we left. This was unacceptable, horrible customer service.

Giving my kids those good times I used to have when my dad took us to his favorite pizza place. Aww memories ❤️

Great service, the food was excellent!!! Try the buffalo cauliflower appetizer... it was delicious!

This place has the best happy hour special in Otay ranch!! Personal pizza & pint of beer for $6, 1/2 off appetizers and drinks. I usually order the margarita, which never disappoints. All servers have been great, but Leslie is our favorite.

Inside smelled of sewage so tried to sit outside. Sat for 15-20 minutes without having a drink order or anything taken at 1:30 on a Saturday. Returned menu and silverware and said we’d eat somewhere else and hostess seemed unfazed/didn’t question why we’d leave. Won’t be returning
