Calhoun's

We waited 45 min for a table, our appetizer was served quickly, but then the main meal took an hour to be served. Our waitress stopped checking on us and disappeared until we hunted her down. They later apologized and blamed new kitchen management, but offered no discount or compensation for the poor service.

Beautiful setting great food

The food was over cooked and raw in the middle fish and over priced

Ribs were dry and overcooked and this what they’re famous for ? Salmon was also dry and had a weird taste. The waitress was too busy to check on us even tho there was only one other table of patrons. Margarita did not taste as tho it had any liquor.

Finally had a good experience at this restaurant. Many previous trips were not good and hadn't been in a few years because of that. This trip, however, was excellent, Seating was great, waitress was great and attentive, and food was exactly as ordered. Part of the Loudon county BBQ trail and kitchen manager went above and beyond to talk to us about that and give us some trinkets.

Not the usual rating. I will confess I was desperate for patio season

Very Long wait to be seated. Long wait for cold overdone Ale chop. Very disappointed. Not typical of a Calhoun's.
