I am a custom home baker in Weston, FL with an American and Brazilian influence. I got my training at August Escoffier School of culinary arts professional pastry program. My goal is to make beautiful cakes and sweets that taste fantastic! I offer fondant, buttercream (including Swiss merengue), and chocolate shell cakes among others. I also offer cupcakes, cookies (royal icing, fondant, chocolate chip and oatmeal raisin), cake pops and Brazilian truffles (brigadeiros). I speak English, Portuguese and Spanish.
