Cake Box Sheffield

I wouldn’t even give it a 1 star ,by far the most rudest and stuck up staff that I have experienced .I ordered a chocolate naked cake for iftar and specify said to change the chocolate cream to white cream and if that is possible .The women at the front said yes and also the baker at the back said that’s perfectly fine and that it is possible ,I then went to pay a deposit but both staff didn’t know how to do it and was clueless as each other .when I went to collect the cake at 5:10 where it should of been ready and boxed up a man at the front asked me what I ordered and what I asked for he then went to tell the women at the back for it to be made and decorated while standing in the shop .She brought the cake to me and it didn’t look anything like how I ordered it as I specially asked for a naked cake which has no cream on the outside ,where this one had cream on the outside .I let it slip and accepted it which I shouldn’t of there and then ,when I got home I cut the cake open it see it was vanilla which I expressed multiple times to both women before placing the order and also and to the man on my arrival for a chocolate base as I am paying more for a chocolate base cake.I then called up the shop and coincidentally the same man picked up which was at the shop when I collected the cake . He was very rude and said I can’t do anything and that it was your fault for asking for a change and this is what happens . He then proceeded to say that this is what happens when we do a favour for customer and customers like you complain when it’s not right .Which in the first place this should of been the business fault for accepting my order in the first place if simple changes can not be made . I then asked the man what is he will do as I have a vanilla cake at home where no one will touch and eat. He just said to write an email and explain what happened as that’s all you can do which is stupid.I then requested to speak to the manager and for him to say he will be in Friday but doesn’t know when .Prices are ridiculous especially when you don’t get what you asked for and pay for.This will definitely be the last time I will be getting cake from this shop.

Cake display was appalling, the fruits on the cakes were really old and shrivelled not appealing at all, the service was very very slow and not very helpful... Will not be using this cake box ever again!!

I don’t know where to start from?! Did not have any idea where to get a last minute cake from and re found cake box. Eggless cakes they make so decided to order from here. Believe it or not the cake was made in an hour ready for collection at a reasonable price. Delicious cake, nothing was left over as well my guests really liked the taste and wanted more. I kept telling them how quickly and swiftly this delicious cake was made in. I must say a place I’d deffo recommend and they have a wide range of collection. Dietary restrictions: They cater for your dietary if you tell them Kid-friendliness: Made a kids cake and have a great selection of choices.

Best cake in the town

This the first time I’ve visited this cake shop and the customer service was 10/10. The lady who served me was friendly and attentive. Highly recommend them and will definitely visit again soon. Thank you

People work not provisional

I supposed to collect my cake 13.00 hrs went to shop and ask for my order she said we haven’t received your order, then I showed her text message the cake box sent..then they start looking for prints, then she said it will take 20 min to prep the cake..she was rude as well..she did not even apologise for delaying the order.. and went back to kitchen..totally ignored….this is last time I ordered here..never again..now they spell wrong on the cake..
