Cake Box Leeds

Tried their cakes numerous times before for various occasions. Cakes are always at the highest quality. Ordered a cake on Saturday to be ready for Sunday. Cake was brilliant and tasted lovely. Only reason i am giving a 4 star review is, no one contacted me to say it's ready to collect for 2pm, which made me think they still preparing or forgot about it. Ended up collecting around 5pm. I would assume contacting someone about the order would be common practice, otherwise why the need to take someones number on a order form.

Nice cakes however single slices have increased by 49p.

Cake box Leeds /196a Rounhay Road. I received superb and 5 star service from branch manager( Miss Inder). My order was taken over phone, and Miss Inder called herself when I was unable to complete order online. I requested Mango Cake. The cake was freshly made and was very delicious. My children loved it. This was my second order in one month and received excellent service every time. Delivery was also in timely fashion every time.

Best in Leeds ❤️ fresh and staff are very well mannered.

It's always a nice experience ordering from them, their cakes are always nice and the customer service is superb.
