What a joke These guys gave me stale cake Can't recommend Be warned

Excellent customer service and cake was amazing! I visited today and requested a specific Eid cake at short notice which was out of stock , however Raj and Tayyaba went above and beyond to create a beautiful cake for me very promptly! I am extremely happy with the service and would definitely recommend this shop. Once again I would like to thank the staff Raj and Tayyaba for their excellent service, and the cake was delicious too! Highly recommended!

The cakes are badly made! DO NOT BUY. The worst Cake box shop in Birmingham, you’re better off going to the other branches. Owner refused to give me a refund after cake tasted awful, 80% frosting 20% cake! Ruined a 50th birthday party. & no compensation for the bad experience and inconvenience of having to go back to the store! Telling me i am wrong as a customer just because he made the cake himself.

I always have a great experience with cake box , All the time the effort you put into making our wonderful cake is greatly appreciated.

Nice and fresh egg free cakes. Good service. Also have cheese cakes and some sweets available.

Bad service bad attitude

Supb service provided by staff.i ordered cake first time with cake box..I have no idea about decoration of cake ..but on of the staff member Raj suggest me the best cake for my daughter....I love the service... thanks team
