Marc Morris Jr. - Chef Cajun Smoke Creole Soul LLC Born in Houston, Texas, Marc was raised in a family that loved traditional southern creole cooking. With deep roots throughout Louisiana, cooking and food is our love language. Marc developed a passion for cooking by watching, helping, and learning alongside his grandmother, grandfather, parents and aunts. He attended McNeese State University, in Lake Charles, LA, where he studied Mass Communications with a concentration in Public Relations. Marc is an entrepreneur who wears many hats with many passions. On the menu, you can find a flavorful creole twist to many classic dishes. Specializing in Cajun, Smoked, Creole & Soul food, there came the name of the company.
