With deep roots throughout Louisiana, cooking and food is our love language. Marc developed a passion for cooking by watching, helping, and learning alongside his grandmother, grandfather, parents and aunts. He attended McNeese State University, in Lake Charles, LA, where he studied Mass Communications with a concentration in Public Relations. Marc is an entrepreneur who wears many hats with many passions. On the menu, you can find a flavorful creole twist to many classic dishes.
