Extremely rude customer service.
Messed up my order (White Chocolate Mocha), asked nicely for them to fix it because the flavor wasn’t even mixed in. The barista asked if I wanted it sweeter, I said no just that the powder wasn’t mixed in properly, it was clumping up at the bottom. She then said “I’m not trying to argue with you, I’m just asking if you want it sweeter.” Ended up giving me another coffee and it still tasted bad. In general, they have decent coffee, however every single time I’ve been there, the service has been lackluster. The baristas come off as passive aggressive, the prices for coffee are kinda high, overall left feeling unimpressed by the whole experience.
Exceptionally good coffee! We stopped on a whim on our way out to the Peninsula and have been talking about how good the coffee is for half an hour now. Our new go to place in Poulsbo!
This place has decent breakfast food but they don't honor there happy hour deal for coffee. We waited in line and was told we didn't make the cut off time when we got to the window. I figured we were going to be told that by the time we got to the window. So I took a picture of the time and us in their driveway. I'm just disappointed that they gave us attitude and bad drinks after I showed picture. They also walked away from window quick with back turned saying have a good day fast like three times. They were very short with us. We were literally the last car for happy hour. Hope they are happy. I had to go somewhere else right after to buy another coffee. We never had bad coffee there before until today.
Their coffee is one of my favorites and my drinks are always on point. But the one complaint I have is, when someone in front of you orders food, it can take a long time before you even get up to the window to order a drink. I don’t think that’s really fair that for something that could take five minutes to make, you have to wait behind someone whose order may take 20 plus minutes. I think what they should do is have them pull forward and park and wait for someone to bring their food out, like most fast food places do if it’s gonna be a longer wait. Because the wait is really causing a back up at times and makes me not want to come back.
I came here for the first time & it will be my last time. I ordered five 12 oz drinks. Yes, 12 oz. And my total was $32. Um what?! How? After I paid, I thought to myself, ‘well then it’s gotta be really good right?’ It was mediocre. Nothing special about it. Disappointed that I spent that much on drinks that didn’t even taste that great. Not worth the money.
There are two locations this one is the best, The staff is always friendly the food is amazing and I make this place a must stop when I’m in town.
First and LAST drive thru coffee from there for this customer! (Finn Hill location) Board said 16oz latte is $4.95, and flavor is $.65. Somehow my total is $7.22. How? I ask. “Because you ordered nonfat milk and we use whole milk, so if you change it, we upcharge for that.” Upcharge from whole milk to NONFAT milk? First of all, ridiculous! Second, how much of an upcharge? Third, no mention of that anywhere on the board. She couldn’t even explain it to me, she said she just pushes the button on her machine and doesn’t know how much it adds. Then, to add insult, my drink was made incorrectly and I had to hand it back to them to fix. HORRIBLE experience.
