Caffè Nero

Cleanest nero I’ve been in for awhile. Came here with friends, ordered mocha. Was not made well, tasted of just mainly milk and it was almost £4. It’s ridiculous. Have people’s standards gone down in coffee drinking because it was busy for some reason. Not recommended for flavourless coffee. Update edit (13 Apr 2024): had a barista who was on her own and as much as I understand this can be stressful with a growing queue, it’s not customers fault. She also turned away two customers who came to claim their free drinks (via the app) because they weren’t “paying customers”. Disgusting service, disgusting attitude, and the drinks weren’t great either. Nero need to stop employing people who have zero people skills.

Inside this nero, it is full of cigarette smoke because inconsiderate customers are smoking heavily outside, and the store door is always opening and closing (and also doesn’t even close properly) so that all their cancerous and foul-smelling smoke gets inside to make everyone at risk of lung cancer through second-hand smoke, including children who have come to the store with their family. This is absolutely revolting and abusive to people with lung conditions and just shows how inconsiderate people are, and nero do not give two sh.ts so long as they make profit.

Order at the counter in person or on line. Hot drinks, tea, coffee, hot chox. Cold drinks too. . Lots of tasty cakes and snacks too. Professional barristas preparing proper coffee to take away and there is seating inside and outside. Nice warm and cosy atmosphere . Thank you new malden Cafe Nero coffee ☕ ❤ experts.

Love the coffee here and the staff are lovely. This coffee shop has a lovely library section at the back which is very cosy. They just need to clear the tables quicker for it to be perfect.
