Caffè Nero

I came here today around 2:30 ish I usually don’t come here I’ll usually go to the Southgate branch, I’ve honestly had the worse experience today, while waiting for my coffee the two barista’s one blond and the other one really told with black hair, were really not into the service they were more talking to each other and with other customers in a foreign language… I usually don’t find it rude however it wasn’t so busy and I had to wait for more than 20min just for a cappuccino, just because they were busy talking to their friends this is honestly not good customer service and honestly thank you to the barista in trainee that did saw me waiting and took my order she was lovely the other two I really don’t understand what customer service is for them.. honestly this Caffè Nero needs new employees.

We tried it before, it was very good When I went the second time, new staff had started. I can give you a hundred percent guarantee that they employ workers who do not know how to make coffee. The coffee tasted burnt☕️

I am a regular customer and I buy my late there because I work close to there. Most of the staff are not friendly. Even though I always ask for my coffee to be exstra hot, they always give me normal coffee. I have to constantly remind them. Every time I buy a coffee there, they make me have to remind them twice. They do not listen to the customers well,,And the toilet door is always open, it is not hygienic at all.

A rather busy Nero that's often a victim of its own success. It's not unusual to see a queue of people waiting to be served and this can be 10 people long at busy times. Even with couple of staff working expect long wait time. There are plenty of seats but often most are occupied. Rather nice coffee as expected. Well placed right outside Barclays
