Caffè Nero

The service is great, the staff and friendly and efficient, fast and make great coffee. What ruins this spot for me is that it’s extremely cramped and customers are very impatient and rude, ruining the whole experience. The seating area is always full, and this causes it to be overly noisy. Best to get coffee to-go here.

Very friendly helpful staff

The baristas at this branch and constantly positive and welcoming. Very efficient with many customers and make a great coffee, no matter the order. I witnessed an incredibly rude customer during a busy period, I can’t recall the baristas name but she dealt with the customer amazingly. De-escalated the customers mood, avoided them making a scene and did so with a big smile on her face. Truly a testament to the vibe the baristas here create and maintain. I came for the coffee but keep coming back for the service. 5 star!

I like Nero coffee, always look for a comfy chair to sit and have a natter over coffee.

Only had coffee. Relaxing music, comfortable seats. Great service.

Hot drinks and snacks were good. Seating is very tight and not ideal for wheelchairs or pushchairs. Maybe better seating is needed and a new layout to maximise the space you have.
