I've never had an issue at this location but today was a bit different. The cashier at drive thru was impatient and rude. She didn't take my order right and made us wait to pay. Not polite at all. Food wasn't tasty either. It had literally 6 pieces of steak in my burrito. The queso wasn't even melted or baked correctly.

Didn’t taste like Cafe Rio AT ALL! Chicken tastes like it was cooked in sugar I’ve been to probably 8 locations over the years because I LOVE Cafe Rio! Unfortunately the food at this location is Awful

Food tasted fine but the food line was a mess food dried up and not looking fresh Food spilled in between each item on both hot and cold areas.
