I will never and I mean NEVER come to this Cafe Rio again! They have the worst customer service and quite honestly have no clue what they are doing! They seem to always forget something with pick up orders, the drive thru line is always packed even onto the street, the person taking orders always has a terrible attitude, and the food is always cold. I enjoy Cafe Rio, but this location is by far the worst!!!

I wouldn’t even give a star at this place. The lady that I got while ordering drive through was hella rude.she wasn’t polite at all. I don’t recommend going there…

Beware you will have to microwave your food. 3 orders in a row have all been extremely low temp. I live 2 minutes from the restaurant. I got it to go and it was room temperature. The food is amazing but I’m tired of getting cold food we won’t return
