I go to this Cafe Rio a couple of times a week. The employees recognize me and know which days I come in and know what I order!
Please read the bad reviews; I didn't until after this experience. The salad was truly gross and sadly I had to throw it in the trash. I only took three bites. Customer service has gone down everywhere after 2020 but this experience has traumatized me a little. I will be cooking at home from now on.
Cafe Rio surprisely has good prices for the food there's many drive thru or fast food is so much expensive then then and smaller portions, example Wendy's has gone crazy but people are not gonna go when some places raise their prices to high....

Ever time time come I’m am amazed that f how I am treated by the employees. During my most recent I was astounded by the extravagant customer service by Amy and Tamara.
I struggle with technology, so I was not able to actually place my online order. My bank showed that it charged me, but they never got my order. So the nice woman behind the counter fixed up my plate and then just to make sure I wasn’t charged twice, she gave me the food on the house. Best airport food experience I’ve ever had in my life. I will definitely be looking for more Cafe Rio restaurants. Dietary restrictions: I’m sure cross contamination may be an issue but if you’re only gluten sensitive, not totally intolerant, they do have gluten-free options.
App lets you both select (1) promo as if you’ll get points and (2) credit but then won’t give you the points. Even after calls to customer service they won’t make it right.
