Lovely spot for some breakfast and some ice cream!
Waited 20 minutes to get the milkshakes and it wasn't worth the wait
The first warm sunny Saturday of the year and just after lunch, so still busy, but just seemed chaotic on getting shown on table. Had to work out for ourselves that then had to go to counter to order, where found no one seemed to want to take the order. The old lady in front of me was going bonkers. Once ordered, a lovely cheesecake arrived, along with kids drinks. After 10 minutes had to go looking for our waters, and probably another 5 minutes before crepes arrived. A great spot with great views, but plenty of other cafes to go to before coming back.
Got a vegetable panini, which was really just a ciabatta with pesto. There was more cheese in the kids cheese and ham toastie. Very disappointing especially as it was priced the same as the panini with meat. If you do venture here stick to what they do best, ice cream and sundaes
Lovely place to chill out and Lovely staff
This cafe is excellent! I had some very good southern fried chicken goujons (7/10 due to being bland) and I HIGHLY recommend the chilli mayo sauce as it is a 10/10 for me as it is the perfect balance of spice and flavour which is needed for the southern fried chicken Goujons. Parking: There is lots of free parking spaces (on a Friday at 2pm) on the high street. This makes the cafe easily accessible.
