Café Zupas

We love Zupas and this location is nice for us close to work. Friendly welcoming environment. The service Is perfection.

We ordered our food for dine in. When we got to the register we let them know we were missing a salad and a sandwich. The girl walked away and started prepping more meals. We set our food down at a table and she brought out the salad and went on with he day. I went back to the counter to get our sandwich and they attempted to hand me someone else's different sandwich. I reminded them what we ordered and then had to wait another ten minutes before someone again asked what I was waiting for. I again told them the sandwich I was waiting for which they then "made" on the spot. They put it in a Togo wrap and when we got it back to the table it was the wrong sandwich entirely. This location needs serious help if they plan on being open for much longer. The wait times are astounding and the incompetence can't continue in this manner.

This places was DISGUSTING. Dirty tables floors and dishes . And there was no one here. Workers were standing around talking .

Be prepared to wait 20+ minutes for overpriced mid-tier food

They are really fast, and super friendly ! I always have a good experience when I come here 🙏🏽❤️

The employees were just kind of lame 😕 food was good and healthy but a bit overpriced. It was my first time there and maybe I'll go to the drive-thru next time, 🙂
