Cafe Zupas

This place is awesome. Not sure about the other locations but the people here are great! I see the same few each time. They very efficient and friendly and the staff all seem to work together well.

Oh my gosh! Why didn't I know about this place sooner?! Fantastic food! I got a turkey/cranberry/brie sandwich with pumpkin chorizo soup, and my friend got a berry salad and curry soup. And the meals come with a roll and a chocolate covered strawberry! I'm in love!

Amazing place

Drove 25 minutes to pick up southwest potato soup for it to not have anything but broth in it (second time this happens here), i called back to see what they could do about it but the current shift lead in the back called Malachi was yelling at the girl on the phone to hang up so i had to call back on a different phone for him to say that i can not get a refund and the only thing to do is drive 25 minutes back and have the rest of it mixed in because that is how it was made this day, they should have gave a heads up when picking the order up atleast, horrible customer service from him will not be coming back

Each time we get a takeout order something is either missing or made incorrectly.

I love cafe Zupas, I eat there all the time as I feel like there aren’t a ton of healthy food choices. Although usually I go to the maple grove location. This time I was a little disappointed, I got the power bowl which I love but I swapped the chicken for brisket, I was told it would be an extra charge which I was fine with but the portion size of brisket I received was pitiful.. this was my dinner and it would’ve been nice to get a decent portion especially if I had to pay extra.

Fresh ingredients, awesome selections - soups, salads, warm bowls, the staff were fabulous and the decor is well done. And goodness, chocolate covered strawberry? Don't mind if I do 😋

Order the korean bowl. First couple bites was okay until I hit the rice. Hard and crunchy. Come to find out the rice bits are all hard. Gross!

The food is good but the pictures are misleading. The power bowl does not contain nearly as many of each topping shown.

The sandwich I had was fine, but the salad was an unappealing saucy mess. The pick 2 combo seems a solid value, so I will probably try again to see if maybe I just chose the wrong item. My other issue was the rapid-fire upselling they did at the counter which added about $4 to my order before I realized what happened. I will do my homework next time before I walk in.
