Poor customer service. Shame. Lovely view over the Minster, pleasant surroundings, food was ok but a touch pricey for what was served and it's quality. Pointless escalator in store, there is a lift and stairs also so a waste of space and money, imo.

Lovely coffee shop inside the book store. Staff are really lovely & service is excellent.
