Café Lago Bilbao

If you don’t speak Spanish, just avoid this establishment. Waiters are racist. They ignore you, serve people who came after you, and then berate you purposefully in front of the restaurant to “wait a little”. We were waiting patiently, and if you serve people who came after us, do we just continue standing there like fools? Racist restaurant with average food. I think they’d like it if tourists don’t visit them so I’m doing both tourists and them a favor by leaving this review Tourists please avoid! +edit in response to their reply: There is NO Cultural difference that excuses your rude and intentional difference of treatment to foreigners. We could understand if the restaurant was busy and you didn’t realise which customer came first. But we were literally the only ones at the counter, and we had waited for some time patiently and quietly while you ignored us. And when a couple of Spanish people came after us, you went to serve them immediately. Then we tried to speak up to get your attention, and you scolded us loudly & intentionally in front of the whole restaurant. Please tell me what cultural difference is it that I don’t understand here? Go ahead and report this review, but everything I’m saying is factual. No wonder your rating is so artificially high, because you report every review that doesn’t work in your favour.

Establecimiento tradicional de Bilbao pero que debería adaptarse a los tiempos que vivimos. Se ha quedado obsoleta. Ha perdido encanto debido en gran parte a la "impersonalizacion" de los camareros

Posiblemente el café más rico de Bilbao....y la barra de pintxos espectacular .....lugar limpio acogedor y excelente servicio
